What is DFS?
DSF, which stands for DIAKO SPACE FRAME, is a system that has emerged from decades of innovation and efforts by the Diako Sara Fazkar Company. It was registered as an invention in the early months of 1396 (Persian calendar year). In this system, welding is completely eliminated not only in the joints but also in the construction of elements as a whole. The method employs suitable geometry and better selection of components, eliminating the need for additional layers to support the structure. During the coating process, a galvanizing method is used for element coatings, and the elements are coated with suitable paint both inside and outside. Even in coastal and humid areas, the profiles undergo approximately 60 microns of galvanization before production.
The closest system to DSF in past decades is known as the “Harley” system, which has been previously applied in large structures in Australia. It shares similarities with DSF in the elongated and transverse elements. The design and implementation of dozens of DSF structures have led to industrialization and the elimination of potential defects in production, allowing for the execution of this structure in much larger spans.
The reasonable price of this structure results from optimizing the execution details and standardizing production methods. This has been achieved by constructing unit molds for greater precision and industrial production.
About DSF Technology:
Say hello to the world of modern engineering with D.S.F.
Registered in the National Organization of Documentations and Properties as a new and innovative invention.
Approval received from the Structural Department of the National Building Research Center (to verify compliance with engineering regulations, including Sections 6 and 10, and Code 2800 for earthquakes, as well as assessing executive advantages compared to other types of steel structures).
Combining the Harley system (intermediate elements aligned with the axis) with the single screw system, eliminating all welding.
